What are the problems with existing village waterworks?

51% of all facilities are older than 30 years after installation. Since local residents oppose or avoid using chlorine disinfectant due to smells
and tastes, most of them are simply stored in water tanks, sterilized and supplied without water purification facilities, such as filtration.
